Surrounding the buildings, there is a large garden with manual watering system fed by a well. The lake measures over 5000m² and could be enlarged, there are many fish (carp, wild trout, etc.). Possibility to buy an additional 80ha of attached land.

General condition
The whole property is in very good condition, oil fired central heating for the main building, with another boiler for the gîtes and other buildings, new wooden double glazed windows, mainly tiled floors. All fireplaces are running.
